# 3030 底座及长孔角码概念方案
底座两根纵梁和两根横梁为 3030 实体包络。电机侧原两根 2020 型材仍保留；电机侧 2020 和底座 3030 的连接件还未建模、也未确认。每块 76 × 80 × 8 mm 轴承板通过两只加长角码连接下方横梁，横梁两端分别用示意角码侧接纵梁。轴为 12 × 150 mm，开关包括接线预留为 60 mm 轴向包络，其他原组件沿用先前模型。
## 布置及尺寸链
- 3030 纵梁保留顶面 y=-55 mm，向下增厚为 y=-85 至 -55 mm，中心 x=±50.6201 mm。横梁夹在两根纵梁内侧之间，端面坐标 x=±35.6201 mm，示意切长约 71.24 mm；它的顶面为 y=-57 mm，比纵梁顶低 2 mm，二者侧面重叠 28 mm。横梁端面用角码和型材槽连接，而不是从纵梁下方叠放。实际切长取决于框架实测，不可直接下料。
- 板底 y=-51 mm，横梁顶 y=-57 mm，板底距横梁顶 6 mm；板侧螺丝 y=-42 mm，故距横梁顶 15 mm。长角码 50 mm 边竖立在板内侧，31 mm 边贴横梁；板上横向安装槽中心从 x=±27.5 改为 ±23.5 mm。
- 长角码按用户提供的最初冷轧钢商品示意：50 × 31 × 19 mm，厚 3 mm，长槽长 33、短槽长 16、宽均 6.5 mm。长槽顶端距角码顶端按 8 mm，短槽在 31 mm 边上假设居中（两端余量各 7.5 mm），真实折弯半径与槽位置须核对。横梁上表面 T 槽中心距板侧角码外侧约 15 mm，落在该假设短槽范围内。
- 所选布局中，角码顶端与假设 Ø12 mm 的轴承板侧垫圈下边缘有约 1 mm 理论间隔；角码侧边至纵梁内侧约 2.62 mm。实际轴承、垫圈、角码尺寸误差会影响这些间隙。
- 板中心孔 Ø39 mm、轴承孔径 Ø7 mm，孔距 48 mm 延续之前示意。轴承凸起为 Ø38 mm 圆形包络假设，不代表实际凸起形状已经确认。两个紧固孔与中心孔之间最窄名义净距 1 mm，Ø12 垫圈部分悬出中心孔；未作强度分析。
## 干涉检查范围
`all_checks.txt` 是当前姿态下建模零件之间、参与筛选的相交体积；`positive_intersections.txt` 中无大于 0.001 mm³ 的正体积交叠。只包括新轴承板、角码、横梁、纵梁、部分 M5 头部，与当前可见的示意零件；不是整机运动及装配过程检查。型材是未开 T 型槽的实体包络，T 型螺母、型材内紧固件、侧接角码螺丝未建模，不能据此确认槽型、螺丝长度或实际拧紧工具空间。
绿色开关模型是 110 × 80 × 60 mm 的估计包络，中心开孔 47 mm 也是估计；开关本体、拨杆、插头、实际走线、固定方式均未按实物测绘。该包络与新零件未发现正体积相交，不代表真实开关及接线无干涉。轴承、电机及型材的细节仍为简化模型，角码实物和实际安装方式均应核对后才能用于 CNC 定稿。
